Life Saver - Nap Nanny

We had the hardest time getting Samuel to sleep because he has acid reflux and laying on his back would make it worse. The only way he would sleep at all at night was on me or in his car seat. I hated having him sleep in the car seat it looked so uncomfortable and he'd be all scrunched up.

Then I found the nap nanny and it really has been a life saver it's like a bed/car seat hybrid and it works great to get Samuel to sleep at night for 6 hours and only waking up once to nurse. Our plan starting this weekend is to put the nap nanny in Samuel's crib and see if we can get him to sleep in his own room. I honestly think this is going to be harder on me then it is going to be on him.

Christmas Elf

He really didn't want to wear the hat and so he wouldn't smile

but then daddy came along with his funny faces....

and he just couldn't help himself

This picture I'm not so sure what he's doing. It looks like this little elf might have had to much to drink at the Christmas party

Monkey Suit and smiles

ok maybe not a monkey suit but his outfit does have monkeys on it and he does look pretty cute. I was trying so hard to get him to smile for me and unlike daddy I have to work hard to get him to smile but he does like talking at me (cooing that is)

You want me to smile? Not so sure about that

How about we just talk a bit instead?

Well maybe if you keep making that silly face.

Ok mama you win!
