Samuel is not a big fan of clothes and would rather spend the day naked. Now he's only 6 months and not potty trained so for the time being just wearing a diaper is the next best thing.

Hmmmm.... looking at these pictures I think Samuel is in need of his first hair cut soon.

Rolling

Not crawling yet but he is determined to move on his own so he rolls to where he wants to go.

First day at the park

We spent the first sunny day of Spring at the park swinging, riding the horsey, playing football and chewing on toys (ok so just Samuel did that). My sweet happy boy has been pretty grumpy lately with teeth coming in and an ear infection but he was back to his happy self the second we got outside. He's definitely from the northwest and loves anything with the outdoors.

This little man keeps me laughing all day long, he just loves life to the fullest and is such a happy boy. I can't imagine what life would be like without my crazy boy and I thank God for him everyday.

LOVE the pictures that Jamie took of Sammy a couple weeks ago (Jamie is a pet photographer and has never photographed babies but she's a great friend and gifted us a photo session).

Just looking at these photographs made me do a few things right away. First it made me join a gym and actually start going (I think 6 months after having a baby the "I just had a baby" excuse doesn't work anymore). Second I got myself to the salon and got a much needed hair cut (pictures to come). Thirdly I spoke with my boss and I'm working from home a bit more often so that I can get more time with Sammy, lucky for me I have an amazing boss and he's a father of 2 boys so he completely understands. Last of all I've decided that yearly professional pictures of Sammy are a must.
