Trip to the Zoo

Sammy's first trip to the zoo was so much fun, he was such a happy boy but not as interested in the animals as he was in the people. What can I say my boy is a very social boy and was flirting up a storm with everyone.

Happy Mother's Day

I spent my first Mother's Day taking care of a very sick baby. Double ear infections and a temp of 100 degrees all weekend. Poor thing was miserable and all he wanted was me to hold him all the time. So I've gotten no sleep and spent Mother's Day carrying and walking Sammy all over the backyard (he was calmer when outside).

But the truth is that even during the most difficult/tiring times of motherhood I wouldn't give up a second of it. I never knew how much I could love someone so unconditionally until I had my little man and if that means I have a sore back and no sleep I'll take it.

I love you Samuel you are the best thing that's happen to me and I'm so privileged to be your mama.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Dozer & Kyah

Same birthday only a year apart - just another sign that they were always suppose to be apart of this family. They aren't quite as small as they use to be, Dozer now weighs 90lbs (he was 8lbs when we got him) and Kyah is 95lbs and so healthy (she was a resuce and very sick when we got her).

We love you both very much, thanks for being so patient with us since we had the baby I know it's been tough. Happy Birthday my darling pups!
