I don't know how women do it living in areas that are hot all the time especially when pregnant. It's been in the 90's here in Washington and is suppose to climb higher the rest of the week and at 32 weeks I'm melting and panting and feelin like a hot mess.
It got to a point last night that I was so hot that I got out of bed sat outside on the lounge chair with the sprinklers on me :) The dogs and my husband got a kick out of that.
Our next baby we're getting AC even if we only use it for a week.

Double Bluff
We've been trying to get outside as much as possible with the dogs before the baby gets here because we are going to be doing a lot of nesting and cuddling once baby is finally here.
We headed to Whidbey Island and the off leash dog beach at Double Bluff such a beautiful day the dogs had so much fun and Stacy and I had a great time getting out and enjoying the beautiful Northwest sunshine.

Grumpy

I woke up very grumpy this morning and the main reason is because for the first time since I got pregnant I've got stretch marks!
I was so hoping I'd be one of those lucky mamas that didn't get any and I was lucky for awhile until I woke up this morning to get into the shower. It's as if all the stretch marks where waiting to arrive at once!
I've been using Mother's Special Blend Oil and have doubled up on it and am now thinking it's time to start using the Scargo Oil that's been waiting in reserve if these sneaky bastards showed up.
Here's to hoping that once our baby boy is here and I'm able to get back into shape that these stretch marks fade.

Names!
So we've finally figured out a name for baby boy.....
SAMUEL WILLIAM WEIGERT
I can't believe my husband finally okay'd a name he was so picky but than again his name is Stacy so I can see why he'd be worried about our boy's name.
Now by chance if our little buddle of joy ends up being a girl we've decided to name her Evelyn, Evie for short, can't agree on a middle name yet but I'm sure we've got lots of time because I don't see our current baby being a girl but maybe the next one.
Can you believe I'm already thinking about having more and I haven't even had this one yet :)

Baby Bump
Quick picture of the baby bump (I think this was taken 2 weeks ago so at 23 weeks along). Sorry no face shot I had just gotten out of the shower and hubby really wanted to get a belly shot so I made him promise only the belly :)

Having a BOY!
Ok so we don't technically know for sure but my mom to be intuition is telling me that we are having a boy and that's what I'm planning for. Let's just say if we do end up with a girl she's going to be wearing quite a bit of blue :)
The video below is of baby at 18 weeks. Daddy says he's snoring (honey he's not a cartoon that blows zzzz's when he snores) but I'm thinking he's just blowing some bubbles to pass the time.

Protecting the baby
So even before we knew we were pregnant our pup Dozer was already in the know. He was getting so ansty around me and would get upset when I left his line of sight. Now that I'm further along he's even worse.

Here is the look he gives strangers that come in a 3 feet radius of me. He doesn't bite but he sure makes sure that they don't get close to me. Never thought I say it but my pup looks vicious.

Now here is what he looks like after he gets in trouble with me for showing the above face to people. He's so sensitive that he hates getting in trouble but can't seem to stop himself from keeping people away from me. I wonder how anyone is going to be able to get near the baby once it's born. I think Dozer has decided that this baby is his.
